Show us the broken system.
Bring the bottleneck, broken workflow, or handoff with the current owner. We map the failure point before recommending a build.
Broken System Intake
Start with the failure point
Tell us which page, form, workflow, handoff, prompt, or process fails, who owns it now, and what result would prove it works. We read for the bottleneck and pass/fail test before suggesting scope.
Review path
We look for four facts first: current owner, failing handoff, expected result, and a pass/fail check.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of projects do you take?
We start with one broken workflow or handoff. Good fits include software builds, AI and automation systems, brand operating systems, and intake infrastructure where the deliverable can be tested, documented, and transferred to an owner.
How long does a typical project take?
A Systems Sprint is 2–4 weeks. Most full builds run 4–10 weeks. We define the timeline and deliverables before we start — no open-ended engagements.
How do you handle project pricing?
Most engagements are scoped as fixed-term projects with defined deliverables, milestones, and handoff criteria. If discovery reveals unknowns, we start with a Systems Sprint before quoting a larger build. We avoid open-ended time-and-materials work unless the scope is explicitly experimental and bounded by a written cap.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
We offer limited transition support when it is scoped into the engagement. Nocturnal Marketing is not structured as an open-ended maintenance agency. Our default model is fixed-term: build the system, validate it, document it, train the owner, and exit. If a project requires post-launch stabilization, we define that window in advance.
Fit Check
Built to transfer. Scoped to end.
Who We Work Best With
- Can name one broken workflow, page, form, prompt, process, or handoff
- Know who owns the system after delivery
- Want a pass/fail test before a bigger build is pitched
- Respect scoped work, documented decisions, and clear handoff
- Prefer durable infrastructure over endless meetings
We Are Probably Not the Right Fit If You Need
- An always-on marketing department
- Unscoped hourly availability
- Emergency support without a support agreement
- A vendor to "just keep handling it"
- A build with no clear owner after launch
